Иер.17:9-10 9Лукаво сердце [человеческое] более всего и крайне испорчено; кто узнает его? 10Я, Господь, проникаю сердце и испытываю внутренности, чтобы воздать каждому по пути его и по плодам дел его.
Jer.17:9-10 9The heart is more deceitful than all else and is desperately sick; Who can know it? 10I, Yahweh, search the heart; I test the inmost being, even to give to each man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.

1Thes.2:3-4 3For our exhortation does not come from error or impurity or by way of deceit; 4but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who examines our hearts.
I. Дворцовые интриги / The Palace’s Intrigues
Дан.5:30-31 30В ту же самую ночь Валтасар, царь Халдейский, был убит, 31и Дарий Мидянин принял царство, будучи шестидесяти двух лет.
Dan.5:30-31 30That same night Belshazzar the Chaldean king was killed. 31So Darius the Mede received the kingdom at about the age of sixty-two.
Дан.6:1-2 1Угодно было Дарию поставить над царством сто двадцать сатрапов, чтобы они были во всем царстве, 2а над ними трех князей, – из которых один был Даниил, – чтобы сатрапы давали им отчет и чтобы царю не было никакого обременения.
Dan.6:1-2 1It seemed good to Darius that he set 120 satraps over the kingdom, that they would be in charge of the whole kingdom, 2and over them three commissioners (of whom Daniel was one), that these satraps might be accountable to them, and that the king might not suffer loss.
Дан.6:3 Даниил превосходил прочих князей и сатрапов, потому что в нем был высокий дух, и царь помышлял уже поставить его над всем царством.
Dan.6:3 Then this Daniel began distinguishing himself among the commissioners and satraps because an extraordinary spirit was in him, and the king planned to set him over the entire kingdom.
Дан.6:4 Тогда князья и сатрапы начали искать предлога к обвинению Даниила по управлению царством; но никакого предлога и погрешностей не могли найти, потому что он был верен, и никакой погрешности или вины не оказывалось в нем.
Dan.6:4 Then the commissioners and satraps began seeking to find a ground of accusation against Daniel in regard to matters of the kingdom; but they were not able to find any ground of accusation or evidence of corruption, inasmuch as he was faithful, and no negligence or corruption was to be found in him.
Дан.6:5 И эти люди сказали: «Не найти нам предлога против Даниила, если мы не найдем его против него в законе Бога его».
Dan.6:5 Then these men said, “We will not find any ground of accusation against this Daniel unless we find it against him with regard to the law of his God.”
Дан.6:6-8 6Тогда эти князья и сатрапы приступили к царю и так сказали ему: «Царь Дарий! Вовеки живи! 7Все князья царства, наместники, сатрапы, советники и военачальники согласились между собой, чтобы сделано было царское постановление и издано повеление, чтобы, кто в течение тридцати дней будет просить какого-либо бога или человека, кроме тебя, царь, того бросить в львиный ров. 8Итак утверди, царь, это определение и подпиши указ, чтобы он был неизменен, как закон Мидийский и Персидский, и чтобы он не был нарушен».
Dan.6:6-8 6Then these commissioners and satraps came by agreement to the king and said thus to him: “King Darius, live forever! 7All the commissioners of the kingdom, the prefects and the satraps, the high officials and the governors have counseled together that the king should establish a statute and enforce an injunction that anyone who seeks to make a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, shall be cast into the lions’ den. 8Now, O king, establish the injunction and sign the written document so that it may not be changed, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked.”
Дан.6:9 Царь Дарий подписал указ и это повеление.
Dan.6:9 Therefore King Darius signed the written document, that is, the injunction.
II. Верность Даниила / The Faithfulness of Daniel
Дан.6:10 Даниил же, узнав, что подписан такой указ, пошел в дом свой; окна же в горнице его были открыты против Иерусалима, и он три раза в день преклонял колени, и молился своему Богу, и славословил Его, как это делал он и прежде того.
Dan.6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the written document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously.
Матф.26:41 бодрствуйте и молитесь, чтобы не впасть в искушение: дух бодр, плоть же немощна.
Mat.26:41 Keep watching and praying that you may not enter into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Dan.6:10 Now when Daniel knew that the written document was signed, he entered his house (now in his roof chamber he had windows open toward Jerusalem); and he continued kneeling on his knees three times a day, praying and giving thanks before his God, as he had been doing previously.
III. Обвинение против Даниила / The Accusation Against Daniel
Дан.6:11-12 11Тогда эти люди подсмотрели и нашли Даниила молящегося и просящего милости пред Богом своим, 12потом пришли и сказали царю о царском повелении: «Не ты ли подписал указ, чтобы всякого человека, который в течение тридцати дней будет просить какого-либо бога или человека, кроме тебя, царь, бросать в львиный ров?» Царь отвечал и сказал: «Это слово твердо, как закон Мидян и Персов, не допускающий изменения».
Dan.6:11-12 11Then these men came by agreement and found Daniel seeking to make a petition and making supplication before his God. 12Then they came near and said before the king concerning the king’s injunction, “Did you not sign an injunction that any man who seeks to make a petition to any god or man besides you, O king, for thirty days, is to be cast into the lions’ den?” The king answered and said, “The word is certain, according to the law of the Medes and Persians, which may not be revoked.”
Дан.6:13 Тогда отвечали они и сказали царю: «Этот Даниил, который из пленных сынов Иудеи, не обращает внимания ни на тебя, царь, ни на указ, тобой подписанный, но три раза в день молится своими молитвами».
Dan.6:13 Then they answered and said before the king, “Daniel, who is one of the exiles from Judah, pays no attention to you, O king, or to the injunction which you signed, but keeps seeking to make his petition three times a day.”
Дан.6:14-15 14Царь, услышав это, сильно опечалился и положил в сердце своем спасти Даниила; и даже до захода солнца усиленно старался избавить его. 15Но те люди приступили к царю и сказали ему: «Знай, царь, что по закону Мидян и Персов никакое определение или постановление, утвержденное царем, не может быть изменено».
Dan.6:14-15 14Then, as soon as the king heard this word, he was greatly distressed within himself and set his mind on saving Daniel; and even until sunset he kept exerting himself to deliver him. 15Then these men came by agreement to the king and said to the king, “Know, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no injunction or statute which the king establishes may be changed.”
IV. Несправедливый приговор / The Unjust Sentence
Дан.6:16-17 16Тогда царь повелел, и привели Даниила, и бросили в ров львиный. При этом царь сказал Даниилу: «Бог твой, Которому ты неизменно служишь, Он спасет тебя!» 17И принесен был камень и положен на отверстие рва, и царь запечатал его перстнем своим, и перстнем вельмож своих, чтобы ничто не переменилось в распоряжении о Данииле.
Dan.6:16-17 16Then the king said the word, and Daniel was brought in and cast into the lions’ den. The king answered and said to Daniel, “Your God whom you constantly serve will Himself save you.” 17And a stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den; and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the signet rings of his nobles so that nothing would be changed in regard to Daniel.
Дан.6:18 Затем царь пошел в свой дворец, лег спать без ужина, и даже не велел вносить к нему пищи, и сон бежал от него.
Dan.6:18 Then the king went off to his palace and spent the night fasting, and no entertainment was brought before him; and his sleep fled from him.
V. Величие Бога Даниила / The Greatness of Daniel’s God
Дан.6:19-20 19Поутру же царь встал на рассвете и поспешно пошел ко рву львиному, 20и, подойдя ко рву, жалобным голосом кликнул Даниила, и сказал царь Даниилу: «Даниил, раб Бога живого! Бог твой, Которому ты неизменно служишь, мог ли спасти тебя от львов?»
Dan.6:19-20 19Then the king arose at dawn, at the break of day, and hurriedly went to the lions’ den. 20When he had come near the den to Daniel, he cried out with a troubled voice. The king answered and said to Daniel, “Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you constantly serve, been able to save you from the lions?”
Дан.6:21-22 21Тогда Даниил сказал царю: «Царь, вовеки живи! 22Бог мой послал Ангела Своего и заградил пасть львам, и они не повредили мне, потому что я оказался пред Ним чист, да и перед тобой, царь, я не сделал преступления».
Dan.6:21-22 21Then Daniel spoke to the king, “O king, live forever! 22My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have done no harm.”
Дан.6:23 Тогда царь чрезвычайно возрадовался о нем и повелел поднять Даниила изо рва. И поднят был Даниил изо рва, и никакого повреждения не оказалось на нем, потому что он веровал в Бога своего.
Dan.6:23 Then the king was greatly pleased and said for Daniel to be taken up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no harm whatsoever was found on him because he had believed in his God.
Дан.6:24 И приказал царь, и приведены были те люди, которые обвиняли Даниила, и брошены в львиный ров, – как они сами, так и дети их, и жены их; и они не достигли ещё дна рва, как львы овладели ими и сокрушили все кости их.
Dan.6:24 The king then said the word, and they brought those men who had brought charges against Daniel, and they cast them, their children, and their wives into the lions’ den; and they had not reached the bottom of the den before the lions overpowered them and crushed all their bones.
Чис.14:18 Господь долготерпелив и многомилостив, прощающий беззакония и преступления, и не оставляющий без наказания, но наказывающий беззаконие отцов в детях до третьего и четвертого рода.
Num.14:18 Yahweh is slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness, forgiving iniquity and transgression; but He will by no means clear the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generations.
Дан.6:25-27 25После того царь Дарий написал: «Всем народам, племенам и языкам, живущим по всей земле: Мир вам да умножится! 26Мной дается повеление, чтобы во всякой области царства моего трепетали и благоговели пред Богом Даниила, потому что Он есть Бог живой и вечно сущий, и царство Его несокрушимо, и владычество Его бесконечно. 27Он избавляет и спасает, и совершает чудеса и знамения на небе и на земле; Он избавил Даниила от силы львов».
Dan.6:25-27 25Then Darius the king wrote to all the peoples, nations, and men of every tongue who were inhabiting all the land: “May your peace abound! 26I make a decree that in all the dominion of my kingdom, men are to fear and be in dread before the God of Daniel; For He is the living God and enduring forever, and His kingdom is one which will not be destroyed, and His dominion will be unto the end. 27He saves and delivers and does signs and wonders in heaven and on earth, Who has also saved Daniel from the power of the lions.”
Дан.6:28 И Даниил преуспевал и в царствование Дария, и в царствование Кира Персидского.
Dan.6:28 So this Daniel enjoyed success in the kingdom of Darius and in the kingdom of Cyrus the Persian.
Иер.17:10 Я, Господь, проникаю сердце и испытываю внутренности, чтобы воздать каждому по пути его и по плодам дел его.
