2Tim.4:2-4 2preach the word… 3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, 4and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.

Acts 4:24-30 24And when they heard this, they lifted their voices to God with one accord and said, “O Master, it is You who made the heaven and the earth and the sea, and all that is in them, 25who by the Holy Spirit, through the mouth of our father David Your servant, said, ‘Why did the Gentiles rage, And the peoples devise vain things? 26‘The kings of the earth took their stand, And the rulers were gathered together Against the lord and against His Christ.’ 27For truly in this city there were gathered together against Your holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel, 28to do whatever Your hand and Your purpose predestined to occur. 29And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Your slaves may speak Your word with all confidence, 30while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders happen through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.”

1Тим.2:2 …дабы проводить нам жизнь тихую и безмятежную во всяком благочестии и чистоте
1Tim.2:2 … so that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and dignity.
Лук.6:27,28 27Но вам, слушающим, говорю: любите врагов ваших, благотворите ненавидящим вас, 28благословляйте проклинающих вас и молитесь за обижающих вас.
Luke 6:27,28 27But I say to you who hear, love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28bless those who curse you, pray for those who disparage you.
III. Источник молитвы / The Source of Prayer

1Tim.2:5-7 5For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 6who gave Himself as a ransom for all, the witness for this proper time. 7For this I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I am telling the truth, I am not lying) as a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

Ps.24:3,4 3Who may ascend into the mountain of Yahweh? And who may rise in His holy place? 4He who has innocent hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to worthlessness and has not sworn deceitfully.

Фил.4:6,7 6Не заботьтесь ни о чем, но всегда в молитве и прошении с благодарением открывайте свои желания пред Богом, 7и мир Божий, который превыше всякого ума, соблюдет сердца ваши и помышления ваши во Христе Иисусе.
Phil.4:6,7 6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. 7And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
